This journal is published by the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Economics, Gorontalo State University twice a year in October and April. The journal is intended as a communication forum for Public Administration and other scientists from many practitioners who use Public Service Management and Public Policy in research. The article manuscripts cover the areas of Management and Public Services; Public policy; Leadership Management; Reform and Innovation; Organization and Human Resources; E-Government; Bureaucratic Ethics; Organizational Ethics; and Performance Management. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
