Jambura Journal of Food Technology

Jambura Journal of Food Technology (JJFT) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Jurusan Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan (ITP) Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. JJFT publish articles twice a year in January and July.

This journal publishes articles and the process of disseminating scientific studies in the field of postharvest process and technologyfood commodities, food processing, food process engineering, interaction of machinery and food materials, chemical and functional food, biochemistry and food microbiology, nutrition and health, traditional and industrial food, management industrial of food processing, food safety, and food security.
