Efektivitas Waktu Aplikasi Isolat Trichoderma Sp. yang Berbeda untuk Mengendalikan Penyakit Hawar Pelepah (Rhizoctonia solani) pada Tanaman Jagung (Zea mays L.) Varietas Lamuru

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effectiveness of application time and type of Trichoderma sp isolate. in controlling sheath blight (Rhizoctonia solani) on Lamuru variety corn plants. This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Center for Food Crop and Horticulture Protection (BPTPH) Gorontalo Province from March 2023 to June 2023, and used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 2 factors. The first factor is application time with 2 levels, 7 days before planting and 7 days after planting, the second factor is the type of isolate with 3 levels, namely without Trichoderma sp., local Trichoderma isolate, introduced Trichoderma isolate. Data analysis used analysis of variance of the DMRT advanced test at 5% and linear regression. The results of this study showed that the fastest incubation period was in the T0R1 treatment and the longest was in the T1W1 treatment. The highest disease incidence was in the T0R1 treatment and the lowest was in the T1W1 treatment. The lowest intensity of disease attacks was in the T1W1 treatment and the highest was T0R1. All treatments had no effect. significant for the variables of plant height and number of leaves of corn plants.
