KADAR HARA KALIUM (K-TOTAL) DENGAN PERLAKUAN PUPUK ORGANIK DAN KORELASINYA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DA HASIL TANAMAN KACANG TANAH (Arachis hypogaea L)

Abstract


Peanuts are a source of protein in the food patterns of the Indonesian population. The need for peanuts continues to increase from year to year in line with the increase in population, food diversification, and the increasing capacity of the feed and food industry in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of organic fertilizer (burnt husks and chicken manure) on K-total nutrient levels in peanut plantings, to find out which organic fertilizers (burnt husks and chicken manure) will provide the highest K-total nutrient levels in peanut plantings. soil (Arachis hypogaea L.) and to determine the correlation between K-total nutrient levels and the growth and yield of peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea L.). This research was carried out from September to November 2022 in North Toto Village, Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The research used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) which consisted of 3 treatment levels, namely P0 = no organic fertilizer, P1 = 3kg chicken manure/plot, and P2 = 3kg burnt husk fertilizer/plot. Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that there were 12 units/plot. The results of this research show that organic fertilizer has a real influence on K-total nutrient levels with K-total nutrient levels in the chicken manure treatment being 18.60 mg/100 g and in the burnt husk fertilizer treatment being 22.70 mg/100 g. There is a strong and very strong positive linear correlation between plant height, number of pods, seed weight per hectare, and seed weight per hectare with total K-nutrient levels.
