The Influence Of Quality Of Worklife, Job Satisfaction And Marital Status On Employee Performance

Abstract


Setiap perusahaan atau organisasi bergantung pada sumber daya manusia (SDM). Quality of Worklife (QWL) dan kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan aspek yang perlu dipertimbangkan, serta status perkawinan pada variabel biografi yang memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kebaharuan penelitian yaitu menggabungkan pengaruh quality of worklife dan kepuasan kerja serta menilai adakah perbedaan quality of worklife, kepuasan kerja, dan status perkawinan pada responden yang dikategorikan menjadi pelaksana klinis dan non klinis yang memiliki beban kerja yang berbeda. Kebaharuan pada penelitian ini juga menilai pengaruh status perkawinan secara parsial memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja, serta pengaruhnya status perkawinan apabila digabungkan dengan variabel quality of worklife dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi Spss for Windows. Desain penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan survei pada kuesioner. Sampel pengkajian adalah karyawan pelaksana klinis dan non klinis di Charitas Hospital Palembang dengan jumlah 100 responden. Pada hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa quality of worklife memberi hasil positif pada kinerja pelaksana klinis dan non klinis, kepuasan kerja memberi hasil positif pada kinerja pelaksana klinis dan non klinis, dan status perkawinan memberi hasil negatif terhadap kinerja pelaksana klinis dan non klinis. Apabila ketiga variabel independen digabungkan maka hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa quality of worklife, kepuasan kerja, dan status perkawinan memberi dampak yang cukup besar pada kinerja karyawan pelaksana klinis dan non klinis.
