TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL: ANALISIS INTENSI DAN ADOPSI KENDARAAN LISTRIK PADA CIVITAS AKADEMIKA PERGURUAN TINGGI
Abstract
Perkembangan kendaraan listrik menjadi bagian penting dari transformasi transportasi menuju sistem mobilitas yang lebih berkelanjutan. Penerimaan kendaraan listrik di lingkungan perguruan tinggi perlu dikaji karena civitas akademika berperan dalam pengenalan teknologi dan penguatan budaya transportasi rendah emisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerimaan kendaraan listrik di lingkungan perguruan tinggi menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Responden berjumlah 186 orang yang terdiri atas mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga kependidikan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert lima poin. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kegunaan (β = 0,670; p < 0,001) dan intensi (β = 0,302; p < 0,001). Persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi (β = 0,406; p < 0,001). Intensi memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap adopsi kendaraan listrik (β = 0,701; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan kendaraan listrik dapat diperkuat melalui edukasi, informasi, pengalaman langsung, dan infrastruktur pendukung.
