TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS: PENDEKATAN ERGONOMI MITIGASI KELELAHAN PEKERJA MENUJU INDUSTRI 5.0
Abstract
Transisi menuju Industri 5.0 menggeser fokus dari efisiensi operasional murni ke desain yang berpusat pada manusia guna memitigasi kelelahan kerja yang berdampak buruk pada keselamatan dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan sistematis mengenai evolusi berbagai pendekatan ergonomis dalam mengurangi kelelahan pekerja di sektor industri, kesehatan, dan jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA melalui basis data ScienceDirect, Scopus, dan Google Scholar. Dari total 374 artikel yang diidentifikasi, terpilih 20 makalah utama (2022–2025) untuk dianalisis secara mendalam melalui kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI dalam penjadwalan kerja mampu mengurangi kelelahan emosional sebesar 22,8%. Selain itu, intervensi fisik seperti rotasi kerja dan desain ulang tempat kerja terbukti menurunkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSD) hingga 43%. Penggunaan teknologi sensor wearable juga meningkatkan akurasi deteksi dini kelelahan fisik. Mitigasi kelelahan yang efektif memerlukan kerangka kerja terpadu yang menyelaraskan dimensi fisik, kognitif, dan mental untuk menjamin kesejahteraan pekerja serta keberlanjutan organisasi secara holistic di era indsutri 5.0.
