PERANCANGAN ULANG TATA LETAK FASILITAS PRODUKSI UMKM ABC MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEMATIC LAYOUT PLANNING

Abstract


Tata letak fasilitas berperan penting dalam kelancaran alur produksi dan efisiensi perpindahan material. UMKM Kerupuk Cabe masih memiliki tata letak yang belum optimal yaitu sebesar 440,8 meter, sehingga menyebabkan jarak perpindahan material cukup panjang dan alur produksi kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang tata letak fasilitas serta membandingkan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) yang meliputi analisis aliran produksi, From-To Chart (FTC), Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), dan metode Grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jarak perpindahan awal sebesar 440,8 meter, sementara metode SLP menghasilkan jarak sebesar 240,6 meter, dan metode grafik menghasilkan jarak sebesar 306,4 meter. Sehingga metode SLP menjadi alternatif tata letak terbaik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi alur produksi dan pemanfaatan ruang pada UMKM Kerupuk Cabe.
