Abstract: This study aimed to describe the social intelligence, Professional competence, and Teacher Behavior In Teaching To The Effectiveness of Learning At SMAN In District Luwuk Banggai. In addition, to determine whether there is the effect of each variable either direct or indirect influence. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Luwuk, SMAN 2 Luwuk, and SMAN 3 Luwuk. The approach used is quantitative path analysis and using the survey method. Population of 133 and a sample of 102 teachers of subjects with random techniques. Collecting data using instruments which first tested the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results showed (1) there is a direct positive effect and significant social intelligence of teachers of the effectiveness of learning (2) there is a direct effect of the positive and significant professional competence of teachers of the effectiveness of learning, (3) there is a direct positive influence and significant behavior of teachers in the teaching of the effectiveness of learning, (4) there are significant indirect positive and significant social intelligence of teachers through teacher behavior in teaching to learning effectiveness, (5) there are significant indirect positive and significant professional competence of teachers through teacher behavior in teaching to learning effectiveness.
