SINTESIS DAN STRUKTUR KRISTAL ADDUK ASETONITRIL SENYAWA TETRA PHENYL PHOSPONIUM TETRA KLORIDA DYSPROSAT(III), (Ph4P)DyCl4(CH3CN)

Abstract

Single crystals of (Ph4P)DyCl4(CH3CN) is obtained from the reaction of dysprosium trichloride, DyCl3 with tetra phenyl phosphonium chloride, Ph4PCl in acetonitrile. The crystal
structures monoclinic, P21/n Z = 4, a = 997.3(5); b = 1835.8(7); c = 1626.7(5) pm, ? = 104.67(4)o; R1 = 0.0469, wR2 = 0.0971 for I>2?(I)] contain the dimeric anions [Dy2(?2-Cl)2(?1- Cl)6(CH3CN)2]2-
and (Ph4P)+ cation in slightly different packing modes.
