Has been conducted isolation of essential oil from Curcuma domestica. The separation of essential oil was conducted with steam distillation. The characteristic of essential oil were tested with gas
chromatography, and determination of the specific gravity and refractive index. Thereafter the structures were identified with mass spectrometry. The experimental result showed that the components
of essential oil of Curcuma domestica was: alfa-felandrene, cineol, zingiberene, beta-sesquifelandren, tumeron, spiro-4,4-nona-1,6-diene.
