UJI ANTIOKSIDAN HASIL FRAKSINASI EKSTRAK METANOL DAUN GEDI (Abelmoschus manihot L.) Medik DENGAN METODE DPPH

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek antioksidan hasil fraksinasi ekstrak metanol daun gedi dengan metode DPPH. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak didesa ininangu Bolang Mongondow. Sampel diekstraksi secara maserasi dengan metanol kemudian di partisi cair padat dengan etil asetat.. Ekstrak larut etil asetat difraksinasi secara kromotografi kolom cair vakum hingga diperoleh fraksi A, B, C, D lalu di uji antioksidannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fraksi A ( Fraksi aktif ) memiliki IC50 290 g/ml, fraksi B 460 g/ml Fraksi C 670 g/ml dan Fraksi D 730 g/ml.

Abstract: This Research aim to examine its antioxidant effect fraction methanol extract with DPPH methode. The samples collected at random From ininangu Bolang Mangondow village. The Sample were extracted in extracting manner with methanol then partitioned with thick liquid with etil acetate. The extract Ethyl acetate soluble was fractionized in vacuum liquid manner until A, B, C, D fraction were obtained and then its antioxidants were examined. The result indicate that fraction A ( active faction ) has IC50 290 respactively g/ml,Fraction B 460 g/ml, Fraction C 670 g/ml and Fraction D 730 g/ml.
