OPTIMALISASI PELAYANAN JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN BERBASIS APLIKASI MOBILE JKN DI DESA BAHU KABUPATEN GORONTALO

Abstract


The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) is a strategic government policy aimed at ensuring equitable access to healthcare services. In line with digital transformation efforts, BPJS Kesehatan has developed the Mobile JKN application to facilitate participants in accessing administrative and healthcare services online. However, in Buhu Village, Telaga Jaya Subdistrict, the utilization of the application remains suboptimal, even though JKN membership has reached 98% of all households. This community service initiative aims to increase the utilization of the Mobile JKN application by improving the community’s knowledge and skills in using the application, thereby making access to healthcare services easier, faster, and more efficient. The method employed was a qualitative descriptive approach with a participatory framework, implemented through stages of preparation, outreach activities, demonstrations, hands-on practical assistance, and reflective evaluation.The results indicate improvements in participants’ understanding, skills, and self-confidence in independently registering accounts, checking membership status, updating personal data, selecting primary healthcare facilities, and registering for online queues. In addition, there was a shift in community perceptions regarding the convenience and benefits of digital services. In conclusion, practice-based assistance is effective in optimizing the utilization of the Mobile JKN application and supporting the digital transformation of healthcare services at the village level.
