TINJAUAN LITERATUR GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DALAM KONTEKS ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY

Abstract


Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) merupakan pendekatan strategis yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan ke dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia. Konsep ini berfokus pada penciptaan budaya organisasi yang ramah lingkungan, bertanggung jawab secara sosial, dan berorientasi pada efisiensi ekonomi. Kajian ini menelaah berbagai penelitian mengenai implementasi GHRM dan dampaknya terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi dalam tiga dimensi utama: ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GHRM dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, memperkuat daya saing perusahaan, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), terutama terkait pekerjaan layak, konsumsi bertanggung jawab, dan aksi terhadap perubahan iklim. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan penelitian dalam memahami bagaimana GHRM dapat diterapkan secara holistik di berbagai sektor industri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan studi lebih lanjut untuk mengembangkan model implementasi yang lebih komprehensif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik masing-masing organisasi.
