Sistem Informasi Perda Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah

Abstract

Spatial planning is a critical aspect of sustainable regional development. However, limited public access to the Regional Regulation (Perda) on the Spatial Planning Plan (RTRW) of Bone Bolango Regency poses a significant challenge in disseminating this information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for the RTRW regulation to facilitate public access to spatial planning information for Bone Bolango Regency. The system was developed using the Prototype methodology, which includes stages of requirements communication, rapid design, system construction, and evaluation. The results of black-box and white-box testing indicate that the system functions as intended. The developed website features a digital map of the RTRW regulation based on GeoJSON, along with additional features such as news updates, a gallery, and a contact page. This system is ipatiore, in spatial planning expected to enhance transparency and encourage public participatio processes.
