Rancang Bangun Sistem Manajemen Operasional Terpadu Pada CV XYZ

Abstract

This study focuses on the design and development of a web-based Integrated Operational Management System for CV XYZ, a bottled drinking water manufacturing company in Gorontalo. The company previously relied on manual processes and non-integrated spreadsheets, causing data inconsistencies, human errors, inefficient logistics scheduling, and delayed stock updates. To address these challenges, the system was developed using the Prototype method proposed by Roger S. Pressman. Data collection was conducted through direct observation and structured interviews with the operational manager. The developed system integrates Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, logistics, and real-time monitoring into a centralized platform. System modeling utilized UML diagrams, including use case, activity, sequence diagrams, and an ERD. The application was implemented using PHP, MariaDB, Apache, and the Laravel framework. The results demonstrate improved data integration, reduced manual workload, minimized input errors, enhanced real-time stock monitoring, and more efficient delivery management. The system supports managerial decision-making through accurate and real-time operational data visualization, contributing to increased operational efficiency and productivity.
