Evaluasi Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi E-Kinerja Menggunakan Delone-McLean dan TAM pada Kabupaten Gorontalo

Abstract


Sistem e-kinerja digunakan sebagai alat untuk mendukung pengukuran kinerja pegawai dan organisasi pada Organisasi Pemerintahan Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Namun, dalam implementasinya masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti rendahnya pemanfaatan sistem dan keterlambatan penginputan data kinerja oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesuksesan sistem informasi e-kinerja menggunakan model DeLone and McLean dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, niat penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Teknik analisis data dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi pengguna sistem e-kinerja. Persepsi pengguna berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersih dan kesuksesan sistem informasi e-kinerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi sistem e-kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sistem dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi.
