Pengaruh Cekaman Kekeringan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Dua Varietas Kacang Kedelai (Glycine max L.)

Abstract


Soybeans play an essential role in food security and have high economic value. This research was

conducted in Bongopini Village, Tilongkabila Sub-District, Bonebolango Regency, from February to May

2025. This study used a Split Plot Design consisting of 2 factors: the strain was placed as the main plot

consisting of 3 levels (CO (Control), CI (once every 4 days), and C2 (once every 7 days), and the variety was

placed as a subplot consisting of 2 varieties (Dega 1 and Deja 1). Based on the analysis, the area of the leaves

did not have a real influence on drought stress, but it had a real influence on the variety. The growth rate of

the plant did not have a significant effect on drought stress, but there was an interaction between the two

factors in beans (it had a significant effect on the number of pods, the weight of dried soybean seeds, the

weight of 100 seeds, and the stress sensitivity index). In the weight of dried soybeans, CO yielded 54.15

grams, C1 40.15 grams, and C2 34.5 grams. Thus, the Dega 1 (V1) variety gave the best response to various

treatments (58.67 grams) compared to the Deja 1 (V2). variety (27.20 grams); More adaptive varieties

produce heavier seeds even in stifling conditions
