PENGARUH WORKPLACE INCIVILITY DAN JOB DEMANDS TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN BURNOUT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana ketidaksopanan di tempat kerja dan tuntutan pekerjaan berdampak pada keinginan untuk berhenti bekerja, dengan burnout sebagai variabel mediasi, pada karyawan perusahaan sawit di Kalimantan Barat. Workplace incivility, yang mencakup perilaku kasar atau ketidaksopanan di tempat kerja, serta job demands atau tuntutan kerja yang tinggi, sering kali menyebabkan stres dan kelelahan kerja (burnout), yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka (turnover intention). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 250 pekerja yang mana tergabung dalam beberapa perusahaan sawit yang beroperasi di Kalimantan Barat. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih responden yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu, yaitu karyawan dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 6 bulan dengan usia minimal 18 tahun dan bekerja di perusahaan sawit yang beroperasi di Kalimantan Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software SmartPLS/SEM. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan memberikan pengetahuan kepada manajer dan praktisi sumber daya manusia tentang cara membuat kebijakan dan program yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan mengurangi keinginan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan.
