PENINGKATAN EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING MELALUI PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DIMEDIASI OLEH WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggapan karyawan dan menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari perceived organizational support terhadap employee well-being melalui work-life balance sebagai variabel intervening bagi karyawan Estate Management Vimala Hills Villa & Resort. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi lapangan dan studi literatur dengan sampel 97 responden menggunakan teknik sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis jalur dan uji sobel untuk menguji efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan karyawan terhadap persepsi perceived organizational support, work-life balance, dan employee well-being berada pada kategori tinggi. Sementara itu, hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance; perceived organizational support dan work-life balance memiliki pengaruh langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap employee well-being; perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap employee well-being melalui work-life balance.
