ANALISIS PELATIHAN BERBASIS KOMPETENSI DAN PROFESIONALISME PERSONEL SAR DI BADAN NASIONAL PENCARIAN DAN PERTOLONGAN KOTA GORONTALO

Abstract


Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dan profesionalisme personel SAR melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis kompetensi memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk sikap profesional, meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, serta memperkuat kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi situasi darurat. Selain itu, faktor pendukung seperti kurikulum yang terstruktur, instruktur yang kompeten, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan turut menentukan efektivitas pelatihan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan sistem pelatihan berbasis kompetensi menjadi langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalisme personel SAR secara berkelanjutan.
