TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS PRISMA DAN BIBLIOMETRIK: DIGITAL CAPABILITIES, CIRCULAR ECONOMY PRACTICES TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM INDONESIA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan perkembangan literatur serta merekonstruksi mekanisme hubungan antara Digital Capabilities, Circular Economy Practices, dan kinerja UMKM, dengan penekanan pada implikasinya bagi konteks Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review berbasis PRISMA 2020 yang dipadukan dengan analisis bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari Scopus melalui Publish or Perish untuk periode 2024–2026. Dari 390 dokumen awal, 40 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer melalui keyword co occurrence, co-authorship, citation analysis, dan bibliographic coupling, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sintesis tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tema penelitian berkembang dari digital readiness dan digital transformation menuju circular economy practices, eco-innovation, sustainable supply chain management, value creation, dan sustainability performance. Sintesis literatur menegaskan bahwa Digital Mindset, Digital Orientation, dan Digital Readiness merupakan antecedents pembentuk Digital Capabilities. Selanjutnya, Digital Capabilities mendorong digital transformation, green innovation, knowledge management, dan supply chain collaboration yang memperkuat Circular Economy Practices serta meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi, operasional, lingkungan, sosial, inovasi, dan resiliensi. Hubungan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh digital maturity, akses pembiayaan, green digital culture, managerial awareness, strategic flexibility, dan environmental dynamism. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada rekonstruksi mekanisme bertingkat Digital Mindset–Digital Capabilities–Circular Economy Practices–kinerja UMKM sebagai dasar agenda riset dan kebijakan pengembangan UMKM Indonesia.
