Optimalisasi Pilar Percepatan Pencegahan Stunting di Tingkat Desa dalam Rangka Catch to Grow Up pada Balita

Abstract


Stunting adalah bentuk kekurangan gizi anak dengan pertumbuhan yang berada dibawah standar. Data menunjukkan masih terdapat banyak kasus stunting di desa. Perlu untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangka mengoptimalkan pilar percepatan pencegahan stunting. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Dulangeya, Kecamatan Botumoito,. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalisasi dua pilar yaitu survei dan FGD, serta penyuluhan kesehatan. Peserta kegiatan adalah pemerintah desa, toko masyarakat, kader kesehatan, serta kelompok sasaran seperti ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, dan ibu yang memiliki balita. Kegiatan berlangsung dari tanggal 22-30 Juli tahun 2023 yang bertempat di Desa Dulangeya. Secara umum kedua kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon yang positif dari pemerintah dan masyarakat. Kedua program pengabdian dapat mendukung optimalisasi pilar pertama dan kedua dalam percepatan penanggulangan stunting. Kedepannya diharapkan ada tindak lanjut dalam bentuk peraturan desa yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan dan penanggulangan stunting.
