STRATEGI UMKM DALAM MENGHADAPI DIGITALISASI

Abstract


Digitalisasi menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi UMKM agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat. Implementasi transformasi digital dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, pendapatan, dan mengubah budaya organisasi menjadi lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan. Namun, proses digitalisasi UMKM juga memiliki kompleksitas, tantangan, dan risiko yang perlu diperhatikan dengan baik. Kegagalan dalam transformasi digital dapat berdampak merugikan UMKM karena membutuhkan investasi yang signifikan dalam hal sumber daya dan kompetensi. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu mengidentifikasi strategi digitalisasi yang tepat untuk meminimalkan risiko kegagalan dan mencapai keberhasilan dalam transformasi digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi strategi digitalisasi yang dapat membantu UMKM dalam menghadapi era disruptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan tinjauan terhadap 15 studi terkait faktor-faktor pendukung strategi digitalisasi UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada UMKM yang ingin melakukan digitalisasi dengan tingkat keberhasilan tinggi.
