Abstract


The implementation of the Fostered Village Service Program by Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering UNG aims to transfer knowledge from the community service team in empowering the potential of natural resources and human resources owned by the village. The method used in this service activity is a counseling by the service team about how to manage human resources and natural resources well so that they can maximize the results to be achieved, especially by the business community in Lopo Village, as well as question and answer discussions about obstacles and solutions regarding the management of human resources and natural resources. . With assistance from the Department of Industrial Engineering Service team, it is expected to be able to improve the living standards of the Lopo village community.
