Optimalisasi Media Jejaring Sosial untuk Pemasaran UMKM Bakso Ikan Tuna Desa Bilolantunga
Abstract
Social networking media has a very important role in marketing MSME Bakso Tuna. Apart from being able to expand market reach geographically, it also allows for more potential and relevant target audience segmentation. The use of social media can also make it easier for customers to find information about MSME Bakso Tuna which is marketed by the people of Bilolantunga Village, Bone District. The method used is socialization and training in the use of social networking media for digital marketing for MSME Bakso Tuna. The results of the activity show that there have been changes in several indicators, including an increase in public awareness seen from the increasing number of followers on MSME social media, as well as the level of involvement and interaction with social media users. The hope is that in the future it can increase the growth in the number of customers and sales.
