Sosialisasi Aplikasi Web Pengingat Pembayaran Otomatis Pada Pegadaian Gorontalo Sentral

Abstract


Pegadaian Gorontalo Sentral is one of the institutions selected for the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Internship Program. Pegadaian Gorontalo Sentral plays a crucial role in providing pawn-based financial services, as these services serve as a primary solution for meeting the short-term financial needs of the community. However, delayed payments from customers often pose challenges that can impact operational efficiency. Therefore, a system is needed to effectively assist Pegadaian in minimizing payment delays. This community service program was carried out to optimize payment management at Pegadaian Gorontalo Sentral through the development of a web application integrated with WhatsApp notifications, enabling the system to (1) Provide more accurate and timely payment reminders to customers, (2) Automate the process of sending reminder notifications via WhatsApp, and (3) Improve the efficiency of payment management, which was previously handled manually.
