Peningkatan Keterampilan Teknologi Informasi melalui Pelatihan Konten Kreator di SMK Walisongo Jepara

Abstract


The teacher's problem during online learning is how to provide and manage online learning content to support learning in schools. There are several underlying factors contributing to this issue, and one of the main factors is teachers' skills in utilizing information technology for teaching and learning. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to provide insights and enhance skills in using information technology through training and mentoring for online learning content creators for teachers at Walisongo Jepara Vocational High School. The method used in this community service involves an informative approach and intensive mentoring, which includes five stages: 1) training preparation; 2) preparation of facilitators and instructors; 3) preparation of training facilities and infrastructure; 4) training implementation; 5) monitoring and evaluation of the training. This training activity is aimed at 30 teachers from Walisongo Jepara Vocational High School, representing four departments. The results of the pretest and posttest show an 8% improvement in teachers' skills in utilizing information technology to create and manage online learning media content through the YouTube platform.
