Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Koordinasi Agenda Madrasah (SIKOMA) Berbasis Web Di MAN 1 Kota Gorontalo

Abstract


Coordination of madrasah activity agendas, previously conducted manually through WhatsApp groups, often resulted in buried information and poor communication with parents. This community service project aimed to provide socialization and training for the web-based Madrasah Agenda Coordination Information System (SIKOMA) to stakeholders at MAN 1 Kota Gorontalo. The implementation methods included preparing socialization materials, demonstrating application features, and conducting operational system training for admins, vice-principals, organization advisors, student leaders, and parents. The socialization event took place on November 10, 2025, attended by field supervisor lecturers, vice-principals, organization advisors, and student representatives. The SIKOMA system provides features for managing activity schedules, routine practice schedules, real-time communication, activity approval workflows, member attendance, and activity documentation. Results showed high enthusiasm among participants in learning the system, the ability to operate core features after training, and a commitment to implementing SIKOMA across 17 school organizations. This activity has had a positive impact by increasing stakeholder understanding of digital technology utilization for information transparency and effective communication between the madrasah and parents
