Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Sistem e-SIDAK Berbasis Website di Pengadilan Negeri Gorontalo

Abstract


The Gorontalo District Court is a first-level judicial institution that is required to implement transparent and accountable performance management. Prior to this community service activity, the management of performance accountability data was still carried out in a fragmented and non-integrated manner across organizational units. The previously available e-SIDAK system had not been optimally utilized due to unclear performance indicator input structures, limited presentation of performance recap and progress information, and an interface that was not user-friendly. This community service activity aimed to support the development and implementation of a web-based e-SIDAK system and to strengthen users’ operational capacity in managing performance data. The implementation method consisted of preparation and coordination with the partner institution, system socialization, website demonstration, operational training, and evaluation with feedback sessions. The activities were conducted at the Gorontalo District Court from September to November 2025 and involved system administrators, staff from each unit, and management representatives. The results show that the developed e-SIDAK system facilitates structured input of strategic objectives and performance indicators, produces more informative performance recap and progress reports, and provides a more modern and user-friendly interface. This activity has a positive impact on improving users’ understanding and strengthening institutional performance monitoring and evaluation practices, thereby supporting accountability and transparency in the Gorontalo District Court.
