Analisis Penerimaan Pengguna Aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) menggunakan model Task Technology Fit (TTF) di SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa Gorontalo
Abstract
Teknologi Informasi (TI) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Pemanfaatan TI dalam pendidikan di Indonesia terlihat melalui implementasi e-learning dan Computer Based Test (CBT) sebagai bentuk inovasi pembelajaran modern. CBT memudahkan proses ujian dengan sistem paperless dan penilaian otomatis, namun dalam praktiknya masih menghadapi kendala teknis, seperti proses input soal yang tidak efisien, gangguan koneksi server, dan token ujian yang tidak valid. SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa merupakan salah satu sekolah yang telah menggunakan CBT selama lebih dari dua tahun, namun efektivitas sistem ini masih perlu dievaluasi dari sisi penerimaan pengguna. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan model Task Technology Fit (TTF) guna menganalisis kesesuaian antara karakteristik tugas, teknologi, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian antara teknologi dan tugas berpengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi pelaksanaan ujian dan penerimaan pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem CBT yang tepat guna dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dan siswa serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan sekolah.
Information technology (IT) plays a vital role in enhancing organization efficiency and effectiveness, including in the field of education. The use of IT in Indonesian education. The use of IT in Indonesian education can be seen through the implementation of e-learning and Computer Based Test (CBT) as forms of modern learning innovation. CBT facilitates examinations through a paperless system and automatic scoring; however, in practice, it still faces several technical challenges, such as inefficient question input processes, server connection interruptions, and invalid exam tokens. SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa is one of the schools that has implemented CBT for more than two years, yet the system’s effectiveness still needs to be evaluated from the perspective of user acceptance. Therefore, this study employs the Task Technology Fit (TTF) model to analyze the alignment between task characteristics, technology, and their impact on organizational performance. The findings indicate that the alignment between technology and tasks has a positive influence on the efficiency of exam implementation and user acceptance. Consquently, an appropriately designed CBT system can enhance the performance of teachers and students while supporting the achievement of schools’s objectives.
