PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU BERBASIS WEB DI SMP NEGERI 3 PAGUYAMAN KABUPATEN BOALEMO

Abstract

This study was conducted to address the lack of systematic documentation of teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Paguyaman, which has resulted in less transparent assessment processes, inadequate monitoring, and difficulties for school principals in conducting objective evaluations. This study aims to develop a web-based Teacher Performance Assessment Information System that functions as a centralized archival platform for all teacher activities and performance evidence, thereby making the evaluation process more effective, well-documented, and easily accessible. The system development method employed in this study was the Waterfall model, consisting of the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system provides features for recording daily activities, managing assessment indicators, uploading performance evidence, and generating digital reports. Testing findings using Black Box and White Box methods indicate that all system features operate in accordance with user functional requirements. Furthermore, usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 13 respondents yielded an average score of 96.54. This score places the system in the "Best Imaginable" category on the adjective rating scale and within the "Acceptable" range (highly feasible). Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed Teacher Performance Assessment Information System meets technical quality standards and is highly user-friendly, effectively enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of teacher performance evaluations while strengthening documentation through centralized digital archiving at SMP Negeri 3 Paguyaman.
