LITERASI KESEHATAN DIGITAL DAN PERILAKU KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA: ANALISIS DARI PERSPEKTIF KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT

Abstract


Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara remaja mengakses informasi kesehatan, termasuk kesehatan reproduksi, namun di sisi lain meningkatkan risiko paparan misinformasi yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku kesehatan. Dalam konteks kesehatan masyarakat, literasi kesehatan digital menjadi kompetensi penting yang menentukan kemampuan remaja dalam memahami dan memanfaatkan informasi kesehatan secara tepat. Penelitian ini menghadirkan kebaruan dengan menempatkan literasi kesehatan digital sebagai determinan perilaku kesehatan reproduksi remaja dalam konteks daerah, khususnya di Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur, wilayah dengan penetrasi digital tinggi namun masih menghadapi permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara literasi kesehatan digital dan perilaku kesehatan reproduksi remaja menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang pada 420 remaja usia 15–19 tahun yang dipilih melalui multistage random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring terstruktur menggunakan adaptasi eHealth Literacy Scale (eHEALS) dan instrumen perilaku kesehatan reproduksi, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki literasi kesehatan digital rendah hingga sedang dan lebih dari sepertiga menunjukkan perilaku kesehatan reproduksi kurang baik; remaja dengan literasi kesehatan digital rendah memiliki risiko perilaku berisiko yang lebih tinggi (PR = 1,840; CI 95%: 1,320–2,560; p = 0,001). Kesimpulannya, literasi kesehatan digital berperan signifikan dalam membentuk perilaku kesehatan reproduksi remaja, sehingga penguatan literasi digital melalui sekolah, keluarga, dan media kredibel perlu dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan.
