MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA OLAHRAGA PADA CABANG OLAHRAGA BELA DIRI: LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstract
Manajemen sumber daya olahraga memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan atlet dan pencapaian prestasi, terutama dalam cabang olahraga bela diri seperti karate, judo, taekwondo, dan kickboxing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek manajemen sumber daya olahraga yang mempengaruhi kinerja atlet bela diri, dengan meninjau literatur yang relevan. Faktor-faktor utama yang dibahas meliputi dukungan finansial, fasilitas pelatihan, kualitas pelatih, kesejahteraan mental atlet, dan kepemimpinan yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka, dengan mengumpulkan artikel dari database ilmiah seperti Scopus, PubMed, dan Google Scholar, menggunakan kata kunci seperti "Manajemen", "Sumber Daya", "Olahraga", dan "Bela Diri". Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk menyimpulkan berbagai strategi manajemen yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan atlet. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen yang buruk, seperti ketidaktersediaan dana yang cukup, fasilitas yang tidak memadai, dan kurangnya dukungan terhadap transisi karier atlet pasca-kompetisi, dapat menghambat kemajuan atlet dan olahraga bela diri secara keseluruhan. Kepemimpinan transformasional yang baik, yang mendorong kohesi tim dan motivasi atlet, terbukti meningkatkan performa, meskipun olahraga bela diri sering kali dianggap sebagai cabang individu. Selain itu, perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, seperti melalui praktik mindfulness, dapat mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kinerja atlet. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya sistem manajerial yang terstruktur dan terkoordinasi untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada, terutama di negara berkembang. Keberhasilan jangka panjang dalam olahraga bela diri memerlukan perhatian holistik terhadap aspek finansial, pelatihan, fasilitas, kepemimpinan, dan kesejahteraan mental atlet.
