METODE ADAPTASI LINTAS BUDAYA INSTRUMEN KIDSCREEN-27 DI ASIA: INTEGRATIVE REVIEW
Abstract
Adaptasi lintas budaya merupakan konsep dimana sebuah instrumen dari bahasa original dikembangkan dalam bahasa lain. Proses pengembangan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada bahasanya saja namun meliputi aspek budaya, sehingga diperlukan metodologi yang jelas untuk menjamin tingkat kepercayaan dari instrumen yang dialihbahasakan. Kebaruan penelitian ini karena peneliti ingin melihat proses adaptasi lintas budaya dari instrumen Kidscreen-27 di Asia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat proses adaptasi lintas budaya dari instrumen Kidscreen di Asia menggunakan integrative review. Instrumen Kidscreen merupakan instrumen yang mengukur kualitas hidup pada anak dengan rentang usia 8 – 18 tahun. Instrumen dikembangkan mulai dari 52 item, 27, item dan 10 item. Adaptasi Kidscreen di Asia yang dicari yaitu mulai tahun 2015 – 2020. Pencarian dilakukan di Google scholar, Proquest, dan Ebsco dengan kata kunci kidscreen dan adaptasi lintas budaya. Sebanyak 5 artikel tentang kidscreen 27 yang dianalisis telah didapatkan dari hasil screening kelengkapan artikel, adanya duplikasi, dan jenis dari Kidscreen. Masing-masing artikel diidentifikasi berdasarkan tahapan proses adaptasi dan pendekatan metodologi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua studi sudah mengaplikasikan framework dengan pendekatan yang universal. Terdapat 2 instrumen yang mengadopsi konsep dari Beaton sebagai kerangka metodologi, sementara 3 lainnya menggunakan kerangka baku dari Kidscreen Group dalam proses adaptasinya. Poin penekanan terdapat pada perincian prosedur yang diadopsi dalam proses, validasi konten dan evaluasi psikometri. Evaluasi psikometri perlu dilakukan sebagai pembuktian dengan tingkat kepercayaan yang diakui. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dan persamaan dalam evaluasi psikometri tidak menjadikan salah satu hasil penelitian buruk atau tidak sesuai.
