BEBAN KERJA DAN BURNOUT SYNDROME PADA PEKERJA KANTOR INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN SLEMAN SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract


Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan beban dan pola kerja dalam berbagai aspek pekerjaan. Hal tersebut juga terjadi di Inspektorat yang menjalankan fungsi pengawasan. Pandemi menyebabkan perubahan teknis pelaksanaan sebagian besar pekerjaan inspektorat, dari offline menjadi online. Jam kerja juga lebih panjang daripada masa sebelum pandemi. Penelitian tentang beban kerja dan hubungannya dengan kejadian burnout syndrome pada masa pandemi di Inspektorat belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kejadian burnout syndrome pada pekerja Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Sleman selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian cross-sectional melibatkan 50 pekerja Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Sleman dan dilaksanakan pada Oktober – November 2023. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja, dan MBI-GS untuk mengukur kejadian burnout.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar partisipan memiliki beban kerja yang tinggi (54%) dan mengalami burnout sedang (52%). Tingkat usaha merupakan faktor yang paling menentukan besarnya beban kerja pegawai, sedangkan dimensi kemampuan profesional menjadi faktor yang paling menentukan kejadian burnout syndrome. Chi-square test untuk menguji hubungan beban kerja dengan burnout menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (P-value=0,020; OR=5,0; CI=1,208-20,688). Uji regresi logistik menunjukkan beban kerja yang sangat tinggi meningkatkan risiko pegawai untuk mengalami burnout syndrome dibandingkan mereka dengan beban kerja ringan dan sedang (P-value=0,013; aOR=7,445; CI=1,528-36,265). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang cukup signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kejadian burnout syndrome pada pekerja Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Sleman selama pandemi COVID-19.
