ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KEUANGAN, LINGKUNGAN SOSIAL, DAN KEPUASAN KINERJA ATLET SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract


Pandemi covid 19 berdampak pada kualitas layanan KONI DIY kepada atlet puslatda PON.  Kualitas layanan juga berpengaruh dalam kepuasan atlet mengikuti puslatda PON. Kenyataan di lapangan faktor orangtua, sekolah, pengurus daerah  kurang mendukung dalam pelaksanaan puslatda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Kualitas Layanan, Finansial, lingkungan sosial, Kepuasan, dan Kinerja Atlet Puslatda PON XX di DIY. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet Puslatda PON DIY level I dan II berjumlah 137 atlet, teknik sampling menggunakan random sampling jumlah 79 atlet. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: faktor kualitas layanan kategori baik sebesar 27,85%, masih ada kesenjangan kurang baik sebesar 26,58%;  faktor finansial kategori baik sebesar 40,51% masih ada kesenjangan kurang baik sebesar 36,71%,  faktor lingkungan sosial kategori baik sebesar 39,24%, masih ada kesenjangan sebesar 20%; faktor kepuasan kategori baik sebesar 20,25% masih ada kesenjangan sebesar 29,11%; faktor kinerja atlet kategori baik sebesar 6,33% masih ada kesenjangan sebesar 18,98%, dengan perbaikan kualitas layanan, keuangan, lingkungan sosial akan meningkatkan kepuasan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja atlet.
