HUBUNGAN POWER TUNGKAI TERHADAP PARAMETER KINEMATIKA TENDANGAN DEPAN PENCAK SILAT
Abstract
Tendangan depan merupakan teknik serangan menggunakan kaki dengan lintasan ke arah depan hingga lurus, dengan posisi badan menghadap ke depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan power tungkai terhadap parameter kinematika tendangan depan dalam pencak silat, mencakup kecepatan sudut hip joint dan knee joint, serta kecepatan linear ankle joint, knee joint, dan hip joint. Menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, penelitian melibatkan 12 atlet perempuan Perguruan Silat Tadjimalela Kabupaten Bandung. Pengambilan data power menggunakan Force Plate, sementara teknik tendangan depan direkam dan dianalisis menggunakan software skillspector secara 2 dimensi. Hasil menunjukkan korelasi negatif kuat antara power tungkai dan kecepatan linear ankle joint, serta korelasi negatif sedang dengan kecepatan linear knee joint. Ditemukan juga korelasi negatif lemah antara power tungkai dengan kecepatan sudut hip joint dan kecepatan linear hip joint, meski tidak signifikan secara statistik. Terdapat korelasi positif lemah antara power tungkai dan kecepatan sudut knee joint. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sampel dengan power tungkai lebih tinggi justru menunjukkan kecepatan linear lebih rendah pada gerakan ankle joint dan knee joint selama tendangan depan.
