VALIDITAS ACTIGRAPH GT3X UNTUK MENGUKUR AKTIVITAS FISIK MAHASISWA BERBASIS LABORATURIUM
Abstract
Validitas ActiGraph GT3X sebagai perangkat pengukur aktivitas fisik berbasis akselerometer diuji dengan membandingkan data dari treadmill dan ergocycle di lingkungan laboratorium. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 mahasiswa dan menggunakan uji korelasi untuk menganalisis hubungan antara data dari ActiGraph GT3X dengan alat laboratorium. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata aktivitas fisik dan intensitas metabolik dari ActiGraph GT3X berbeda dengan hasil dari treadmill dan ergometer. Korelasi antar perangkat menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah dan tidak signifikan secara statistik, yang mengindikasikan keterbatasan ActiGraph GT3X dalam menyesuaikan hasil pengukurannya dengan alat laboratorium. Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh variasi prinsip kerja perangkat dan faktor eksternal lainnya. Studi ini menyoroti perlunya validasi lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan akurasi pengukuran ActiGraph GT3X di lingkungan terkontrol, dengan melibatkan populasi yang lebih besar dan metodologi yang lebih komprehensif.
