EDUKASI DALAM PENERAPAN POSTUR KERJA ERGONOMI BAGI PEKERJA PENGUKURAN DALAM MENGATASI KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS

Abstract

Community service is an activity carried out with the aim of helping certain communities in carrying out activities without expecting any form of compensation. UMKM NGALAM is one type of business in the field of furniture making children's folding study tables located in the Singosari area, Malang Regency. The work process is carried out manually with the help of simple tools such as rulers for measuring, cutting machines for cutting wood and others. Workers are the main source of energy in the smooth running of the production process of making study tables. The work process is carried out using several body parts by squatting, bending, bending legs, bending necks and others. This kind of work process has an impact on MSDs complaints for workers. So that this Community Service activity aims to provide an understanding of the ergonomic work system, so that workers can minimize MSDs complaints and can increase work productivity. The output target to be achieved is that workers and owners understand the concept of ergonomic work posture so that they can apply it. So that the MSDs complaints that are felt can be resolved for the long term in the future for workers and their owners.
