Pengaruh Sistem Administrasi Perkantoran Terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of the office administration system on employee work efficiency at the Agricultural Extension Center, Bulango Selatan Subdistrict, Gorontalo. This reserch employed a quantitative approach where the data used were primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Agricultural Extention Center, Bulango Selatan Subdistricht, Gorontalo, with a total sample of 30 respondents. In the meantime, the data analysis technique was simple linear regression. The finding denoted that the office administration system affected the employee work efficiency at the Agricultural Extention Center, Bulango Selatan Subdistrict, Gorontalo. The effect of the office administration system on work efficiency was 40%, while the remaining 60% were effected by variables that were not examined in this research.
