Abstract


The research aimed to determine the impac of classroom management, teacher skills, and learning discipline  on the learning activeness of class X students in the civil service subject of SMK Negeri 1 Boalemo, Boalemo Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational quantitative research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to class X students in the civil service subject of SMK Negeri 1 Boalemo, Boalemo Regency.The number of samples involved in this research was 52 respondents. The data analysis teachnique applied multiple linear regression. The research findings indicated an emergence of impact of classroom management teacher skills and learning discipline for on the learning activeness of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Boalemo, Boalemo Regency.
