Pengaruh Faktor Modal Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pendapatan Pengusaha Cengkeh

Abstract

The resarch aimed to figure out the effect of capital and labor on the income of clove entrepreneurs. It employed a quentitative research with 50 respondents who were the people of Momalia Tiga Village. In addtion the data collection method included observations questionnaires, interviews and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis was done through multiple linear analysis. The research finding discovered that capital and labor partially and simultaneously affected the income of clove entrepreneurs in Momalia Tiga Village, Posigadan Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan regency. This was proven by the value of F count of 26.782 which was higher than F table of 3.15, or (26.782 > 3.15). furthermore, the signifreance value of 0.000 was lower than 0.5 (0.000 > 0.05). Hence, it could be concluded that capital and labor variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the income of clove entrepreneurs in Momalia Tiga Village, Posigadan Subditriet Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency.
