Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa Olimoo’o Kecamatan Batudaa Kabupaten Gorontalo

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the village head’s leadership style process in improving the work productivity of the Olimoo’o vilage government apparatus. The method used un this study is a quaalitative approach with descriptive qualitative methods. The results of bstudy indicate that the Village  Head’s leaderghip style, can improve the work productivity of the Olimoo’o Village Government appatus. The leadership style includes a democratic leadership style, where the village head provides space for the village government apparatus to participate in decision-making, thereby increasing their sense of ownership and responsibility towards the work results. Additionally, the motivational leadership style of the village head encourages the village government apparatus to achieve optimal performance by providing encouragement, recognition, and appropriate incentives. Both leadership styles have a positive impact on improving the performance and productivity of village government apparatus. The Village Head plays an essential role in promoting overall village development by creating an inclusive, responsive, and empowering work environment. The Village Head's leadership style is influenced by personal factors such as communication skills, integrity, and empathy for community needs. Furthermore, task requirements such as job demands, social and economic conditions in the village, and support from the village government apparatus ashape The integration of these two factors is key to developing an adaptive and responsive leadership style, which will ultimately improve the work productivity of the village government apparatus and accelerate development in Olimoo'o Village.
