Motivasi Kerja Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT) Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di Berbagai SMK Negeri di Kota Gorontalo
Abstract
This research aims to disclose the motivational factors and future solutions for economics Temporary Teachers (TT) in various state vocational schools in Gorontalo City. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological design. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results indicate that the factors that affect Temporary Teachers (TT) work motivation were internal and external. Internal factors consisted of satisfaction (feeling satisfied with daily work), achievement of personal goals (permanent teacher status), and skills (opportunities for promotion or to get a permanent position). Meanwhile, external factors consisted of management (organizing process), school leadership (ability to direct and motivate others in achieving a goal), and compensation or incentives (awards or rewards given to Temporary Teachers (TT) in recognition of performance to increase motivation)
