Dasar Anatomi dari Kegawatdaruratan Bedah Anak yang Umum: Review Mengenai Intususepsi, Malrotasi, dan Apendisitis
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Intususepsi, malrotasi dengan volvulus, dan apendisitis akut merupakan kegawatdaruratan bedah abdomen utama pada anak. Diagnosis dan tata laksana yang tepat waktu sangat bergantung pada pemahaman klinis yang mendalam, yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pengetahuan mengenai dasar anatomi dan embriologi yang mendasari kondisi-kondisi tersebut.
Metode: Artikel review naratif ini disusun melalui pencarian literatur pada database PubMed, Google Scholar, dan buku teks otoritatif dengan kata kunci spesifik terkait anatomi dan kondisi tersebut. Analisis berfokus pada sintesis bukti terkait hubungan kausal langsung antara kelainan anatomi-embriologi dengan patofisiologi dan manifestasi klinis masing-masing penyakit.
Hasil dan Diskusi: Analisis menunjukkan bahwa setiap kondisi memiliki dasar anatomi yang spesifik: intususepsi ileokolik dipicu lead point limfoid di ileum terminal; malrotasi berasal dari kesalahan rotasi midgut yang menghasilkan pedikel mesenterika sempit dan risiko volvulus; sedangkan apendisitis diawali obstruksi lumen sebagai closed-loop obstruction.
Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan mendalam tentang anatomi normal dan variasi patologisnya merupakan fondasi kritis dalam menilai kegawatdaruratan bedah anak. Wawasan anatomi-embriologis meningkatkan ketepatan diagnosis, mempercepat pemberian terapi yang tepat (baik konservatif maupun bedah), dan pada akhirnya berperan penting dalam memperbaiki luaran pasien.
