Jambura Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, Indonesia. This journal focus and scope are directed toward serving as a global academic forum for developing scholarly discourse on contemporary legal issues emerging within ASEAN and global contexts. JALREV publishes both normative and empirical legal research that explores a wide range of legal challenges faced by individuals, business actors, and society, while also addressing current and strategic legal issues developing at both national and international levels. Through this approach, JALREV seeks to present comprehensive, relevant, and responsive legal scholarship that reflects the dynamics of modern legal development and the evolving needs of the global community.

Call for Submissions: JaLRev-IPHILLAW Publication 2027

 

Dear Authors,

JaLRev is pleased to announce its partnership with the International Conference on Philanthropy Law (IPHILLAW). Selected papers presented at IPHILLAW will be considered for publication in the January 2027 and July 2027 issues of JaLRev.
Authors interested in contributing to these issues are encouraged to participate in IPHILLAW and submit manuscripts through the conference submission pathway.
Please note:

  • All manuscripts will undergo JALRev's standard peer-review and editorial process
  • Submission through the conference does not guarantee publication
  • Direct submissions to JALRev remain open and follow the same evaluation standards

Migration to Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3

 

Dear Authors and Contributors,

We are pleased to inform you that Jambura Law Review is currently undergoing a system upgrade by migrating our journal management platform to Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3. This migration is part of our commitment to improving the quality, transparency, and efficiency of the editorial and publication process.

As part of this transition, we kindly request the cooperation of all authors whose manuscripts were submitted or are currently under review/publication between February, 24th until May, 5th 2025. To ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data to the new system, we ask that you provide the following materials:

  1. The original manuscript you submitted; and
  2. The latest revised version of your manuscript.

These documents will help us verify and complete your submission records in the new platform and prevent any disruptions to the publication process.
