APAKAH METODE LATIHAN HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING DARI RUMAH DAPAT MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS FISIK PEREMPUAN?

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji kelayakan (feasibility) dan efektivitas program High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) yang dilaksanakan dari rumah selama 8 minggu dalam meningkatkan level aktivitas fisik pada perempuan dewasa yang kurang aktif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT), melibatkan 40 perempuan dewasa sehat yang kurang aktif, dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi HIIT (n=20) dan kelompok kontrol (n=20). Intervensi HIIT dilakukan selama 8 minggu. Data dikumpulkan pada minggu awal dan minggu ke-8, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji-t, chi-Squared, dan ANOVA berulang, serta didukung oleh kerangka Self-Determination Theory (SDT). Analisis data statistik, uji-t serta uji chi-Squared dan Uji ANOVA berulang. Keseluruhan uji statistik dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat Lunak IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil menunjukkan HIIT dari rumah sangat layak (adherence tinggi, 85%-90%). Intervensi ini efektif secara signifikan, ditandai dengan peningkatan drastis Aktivitas Fisik Intensif (dari 10.0 menjadi 100.0 menit/minggu) dan Total AF Sedang ke Tinggi (mencapai 180.0 menit/minggu) pada kelompok HIIT. Secara psikososial, HIIT meningkatkan Efikasi Diri dan Kenikmatan Aktivitas Fisik, serta mengurangi Kelelahan Multidimensi (p<0.05). Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan ditemukan pada Dukungan Sosial atau Respons Afektif antar sesi HIIT dan sedang. Simpulan, program HIIT dari rumah terbukti sangat layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan AF intensif dan hasil psikososial positif, menjadikannya pilihan intervensi yang kuat.
