Focus and Scope

The journal is intended as a communication forum for Public Administration and other scientists from many practitioners who use Public Service Management and Public Policy in research. The article manuscripts cover the areas of Management and Public Services; Public policy; Leadership Management; Reform and Innovation; Organization and Human Resources; E-Government; Bureaucratic Ethics; Organizational Ethics; and Performance Management.

Peer Review Process

Jambura Journal of Administration and Public Service of (JJAPS) publisher articles following JJAPS guidelines and templates. All manuscript set will go through a double-blind pee-review process, the duration of review is between 2-4weeks. Pre-review of the manuscript was conducted by an editorial team to review the suitability of the text with the focus and scope and style of the journal and JJAPS writing guidelines. Manuscript will be sent to the reviewers based on their fieled of speciallization. Reviewers provide script assessments that include originality, scientific contributions, and presentation clarity. based on the comments and suggestions from the editorial board reviewer made a decision on the reviewer's comments and suggestions. JJAPS has four types of decisions including: accepted, accewpted by minor revisions, accepted by major revisions, and rejected. Plagiarism examinations is performed using Online Plagiarism Checker. The limit of the indications from plagiarism applied in JJAPS is a maximum of 25%
