PERAN POSTUR KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN RISIKO CERVICAL PAIN SYNDROME (CPS) PADA PEKERJA INDUSTRI: STUDI DI CV. AMANDIRA TEKNIK BALIKPAPAN
Abstract
CPS merupakan gangguan muskuloskeletal yang sering dialami pekerja industri akibat postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis, aktivitas statis berkepanjangan, dan gerakan repetitif. Kebaruan penelitian ini yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan penilaian risiko postur kerja menggunakan metode Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) dan tingkat disabilitas leher menggunakan Neck Disability Index (NDI) secara simultan pada pekerja sektor teknik di Balikpapan yang masih terbatas dilaporkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara postur kerja dan kejadian CPS pada pekerja di CV. Amandira Teknik Balikpapan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional terhadap 80 pekerja melalui teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi postur kerja berdasarkan OWAS terdiri atas kategori tidak berisiko cedera sebesar 37,5%, risiko cedera rendah 46,25%, dan risiko cedera sedang 16,25%, tanpa ditemukan kategori risiko cedera tinggi, sementara berdasarkan NDI sebagian besar responden mengalami disabilitas leher ringan (50%), diikuti sedang (36,25%) dan berat (13,75%). Uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara postur kerja dan CPS (r = 0,462; P-value = 0,001), yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan risiko postur kerja sejalan dengan peningkatan tingkat disabilitas leher. Kesimpulannya, temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya evaluasi ergonomi berbasis metode objektif dalam mengidentifikasi risiko gangguan servikal pada pekerja industri serta menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan intervensi preventif yang lebih terarah.
